Help desk
The help desk is open on regular ICTP work days (Monday to Friday except for ICTP Holidays) from 10:30 to 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 15:00 in the afternoon.
It is located in office number 137 of the Leonardo Building.
The internal phone number is 999.
To submit a request or report a malfunction in our system during working hours 8:45am - 4:45pm, it is best to call on phone extension 999. At all times, it is also possible to use our web form.
